Riding a horse presents a very real and present risk of falling or being thrown. The added height and velocity makes them even more dangerous that typical falls.

This class will teach you the fundamentals of protecting yourself from injury of a fall.

The session will last approximately 90 minutes. We will use crash pads and other equipment to ensure safety, but the goal will be to build the skills needed to fall safely onto unpadded surfaces.

Wear sturdy but comfortable clothing (ie. workout pants and a long sleeve shirt). Water bottles will be provided, but you may bring your own as well.

COVID Policy: If you are symptomatic with any contagious illness, please do not attend. Masks are not required but you may wear one if you prefer. Vaccinations are not required.

Pre-registration is not required, but highly recommended. Pre-registered attendees will get the first 12 slots in the class.
