Have you ever thought about taking up martial arts training? Maybe to learn to defend yourself if you had to and build your confidence, or as a way to get active and get some exercise that isn’t boring. Martial arts training provides profound self-growth.
This class is designed as an introductory class for people who have never tried martial arts training before, or who have tried it and would like to see what our training is like. After all, not all martial arts training is the same.
We are offering a fun and informative introduction to the world of martial arts training. It is probably not what you are envisioning, so come and give it a try.
It is not only fun, but empowering and satisfying to learn just how capable and effective you can be.
What you will not get is a boot camp atmosphere that smells like old gym shoes. Instead, the environment is friendly and you can enjoy a workout of the body and even more so - the mind.
Suggested donation for this class is $20, but it is only a suggestion. Age is from 12 or older.
Attendance limit is 20, so please RSVP (through the contact page) early so you can reserve your spot.
